This pilgrimage footpath once again encircles almost all of Europe, leading pilgrims to Santiago de Compostela in northwest Spain. According to beliefs, the body of St. James. James connects points related to the traces of ancient pilgrims, places of worship of the Apostle and objects important for the history and heritage of individual regions.
NYSA'S ROAD OF ST. JAMES
Since 2010, the Nyska Droga Św. Jakub, about 160 km. The route starts at the spring of St. James on the slope of Parkowa Mountain in the Opawskie Mountains and leads through Głuchołazy, St. James's Basilica in Nysa and further to Skorogoszcz. There it connects to the main road Via Regia.
Anyone who feels the "call of the road", the need for a change or an internal "reset" can wander the Camino de Santiago. Who wants to look at their everyday life from a distance, renew their relationship with the world, with God and with themselves.
