The Managing Authority of the Infrastructure and Environment Program attaches particular importance to ensuring the implementation of projects under the Program in an ethical, open and transparent manner.
To meet the above-mentioned expectations, the MA created a simple tool for reporting any irregularities related to projects financed with funds from the OPI & E.
The reported signals about irregularities will allow for the introduction of appropriate remedial measures and contribute to ensuring the highest standards of project implementation.

In order to report irregularities it is necessary to:

• use the form available on the website: www.pois.gov.pl/strony/zglaszanie-nieprawidlowosci, or
• send a message to the e-mail address: naduzycia.POIS@mfipr.gov.pl

Suspected irregularities that concern representatives of institutions implementing the Program or entities implementing projects (eg Beneficiaries).
