FUNERAL

The funeral must be reported and its date arranged at the parish office. The following documents should be provided: a death certificate and a certificate of granting the sacrament of the sick and viaticum (Holy Communion), if the death took place outside the parish or in the hospital (issued by the chaplain of the hospital).

In a situation where the deceased did not belong to our parish, the consent and opinion of the parish priest where the deceased lived should be provided when registering the funeral.
